Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Revive Land Ops, a service operated by Revive Land Intelligence LLC.
1. Use of the service
Revive Land Ops is a private-land management and record-keeping product operated by Revive Land Intelligence LLC. Features may change, be interrupted or be discontinued as the product develops.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining control of your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
3. Land and property records
You are responsible for having the right or permission to map, visit and manage any land you record. Boundaries, acreage and mapped features in Revive Land Ops are user-created or estimated and are not a survey or legal description.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of photos, notes, records and other content you create. You grant Revive Land Intelligence LLC a limited license to host, store, process, analyze, display and sync that content as reasonably necessary to provide Revive Land Ops to you.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Revive Land Ops to trespass, unlawfully map or manage land, access another person's account, scrape or resell service data without authorization, interfere with the service or violate applicable law.
6. Third-party services and public data
Revive Land Ops may use third-party map, imagery, weather, soil, subscription, authentication, hosting and other services. Public or government data may also be used to provide property context. Those sources may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable or updated over time.
Revive Land Ops may transform or summarize source data for convenience. The product does not replace authoritative source materials and does not imply endorsement by government or third-party data providers.
7. Subscriptions and billing
Paid Revive Land Ops subscriptions offered through the iOS app are processed by Apple. The price, billing period, trial or introductory offer, and renewal terms shown in the app at purchase control the transaction. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through your Apple account before the next renewal. Billing, cancellation, and refund handling are subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
8. Property history and retention
Land, work, habitat and related records may be treated as property history and may be retained after account access ends, subject to applicable law and the product's current data model. Account deletion does not promise deletion of every property-history record or every device-local record.
9. Not professional advice
Revive Land Ops provides general information and record-keeping tools. It does not replace legal, regulatory, surveying, agronomy, forestry, engineering, environmental or other professional advice. Follow applicable laws, product labels and safety guidance when performing land-management work.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revive Land Ops is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revive Land Intelligence LLC and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, crop, habitat or property outcomes arising from use of Revive Land Ops. Some jurisdictions may not permit certain limitations.
12. Intellectual property
The Revive Land Ops product, software, design and brand are owned by Revive Land Intelligence LLC and its licensors. These terms provide only a limited right to use the service as made available.
13. Changes and suspension
We may update the product or these terms and may suspend or end access when necessary. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future use of the service.
